GGM will help create and train a Corporate Golf Sales Team to develop a program of Corporate Golf Package that includes Corporate Golf Tournament, Golf Outings, Golf Clinics, Trick Shot Exhibitions, Corporate Green Fee program, Pre-sold Corporate Golf and more.

Customer Service

Development and implementation of a customer service program unique to your facility. GGM will create a staff training manual for golf shop staff, clubhouse staff, outside service attendants and design a staff uniform or outfit that best reflects your facility and its mission statement.

Course Design, Renovation/Restoration

GGM works closely with some of the finest golf architects and designers in the game of golf.

GGM will put you together with the architect who is the very best for your particular construction, renovation or restoration project.

General Course Operation Services

GGM will work together with owner and management staff on the development of a green fee structure (rack rates, frequent players, travel operator price, advanced green fee sales, etc.), a course yardage guide, hiring of course professional/and or teaching professional, and consulting with owners/management on general issues affecting all golf operations.
